Shipping policy

  • We depend on our suppliers; our delivery time is only an estimation.
  • Exceeding the delivery time never gives the buyer the right to cancel the order.
  • If the goods have not been purchased by the other party after the delivery time has expired, it will be stored for the account at the sole risk of the buyer. After a period of 4 weeks we are entitled to re-sell these goods.
  • We may determine our own form of delivery but will take the wishes of the buyer into account as much as possible.
  • Any costs incurred on delivery are for the buyer.
  • We are not responsible for any defects in delivered goods.
  • Goods accepted by the buyer can not be returned, unless otherwise agreed in writing or unless the buyer has demonstrated that there is a defect.
  • Transportation charges of the returned goods are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Some of our products are custom made by order and cannot be returned.
  • We are entitled to deliver the goods in parts.
  • Returned products must be delivered to us undamaged an in a useable condition. 
  • Used items cannot be returned. There are no exceptions.
  • Shipping charges quoted on the website are an estimate and can change depending on the order.
  • Oversized or overweight products may be subject to additional charges.
  • We only ship to the lower 48 states in the USA. Shipping to destinations in Hawaii and Alaska will require a special quote and possibly an additional shipping cost.
